What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating excavators across a range of construction projects
• Using loaders, rollers and other plant machinery as required
• Supporting project teams with general site duties
• Contributing to key regional developments
• Growing your capabilities with opportunities to step into leadership over time

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
• Class 4 licence (preferred) with W, T, R endorsements (we're open to training the right candidates)
• Previous experience in drainage, roading, or general earthworks (desirable)
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality
• Someone who's reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
